Hyla was filmed in 16mm and follows a falconer on a hunt with his goshawk. The film shows the intimate relationship between the hunter and the hawk that is trained to hover on the edge of wild and tame. The sport inserts the falconer into the delicate and ferocious predator prey interaction.
